Forms Design

A big part of the our Forms Design process is converting your existing forms into a new standard, which takes advantage of a few key items:

Template:
Our template starts with the patient demographic data being set in a standard location so information like: name, number, encounter number, PHN, and other important data is always visible and always in the same place from form-to-form; this makes it easy to identify and use this information and helps to prevent errors.

Barcodes:
Barcoded indices are added to the Form to allow easy recall from scanning and to be put in place for future hospital initiatives (like an EHR).
