The solution automates the processes and delivers electronic documents to central patient registry from the Phoenix Software, allowing Hawkesbury to deliver patient documents based upon type of visit, triage type or diagnosis specific documents. This is the foundation for the development an Electronic Health Record (EHR), which gives the tools to automate the delivery of documents and prepare them for scanning back into the EHR.
