Locating paper forms, electronic forms and managing version control can be extremely difficult. Medirex can manage all your forms and reports including versions through the "Electronic Output Manager" (EOM). In addition to providing a centralized and current storage of forms' designs and locations, the EOM can merge patient data with pre-configured clinical forms for printing. Key operations of the organization are used to simply manage each form by name, department, form number and version. The EOM provides an alternative backup in Patient Registration since the EOM is independent of the "Hospital Information System" or HIS.
