Our Server Solution is comprised of several components which provide the total solution for managing your data. These components will handle data from multiple sources. The deployment will address the enterprise document needs as an independent layer within the application structure. Functionality ranges from document creation, managing data across business processes, to storage and retrieval. This configuration will allow the distribution and processing of documents to remote locations and transform the data, as needed, via electronic or traditional paper-based methods. The server solution uses TCP/IP to accept and transmit data throughout your network. As part of the presentation layer, the server solution will utilize standard Windows Drivers to manage output devices. We recommend its use when network infrastructure can easily support additional traffic.
Designer and Mapping Tool
Designer is a full-featured WYSIWYG integrated development suite used for creating, developing, managing and deploying server processes. By using "objects" created in a tree-structured environment, file formats such as delimited, fixed record length, ASCII, JDE PDF, SAP RDI, XML, and EDI are parsed into components, allowing for transformation, presentation, and distribution.
Client Server Software
This software is specifically designed to operate as a multi-user application in a single or multi-processor Windows NT® or Windows 2000® environment. Engineered as a high-performance client-server application service, it can handle large volumes of data while interfacing with multiple output devices and web-commerce servers harmoniously as required. The deployment addresses the enterprise document needs as an independent layer within the application structure. Electronic Output Manager (EOM)
The EOM electronically catalogues all forms into a SQL database, eliminating the need to outsource most pre-printed forms. By merging patient data from the database onto forms, the EOM eliminates the need for plastic cards, imprinters and embossers throughout the hospital. It logs all significant transactions between employee and patient data (PHIPA/HIPAA) and provides a valuable backup to the Patient Registration system.
