Print-on-Demand

Print-on-Demand eliminates the process of pre-printing forms, the manual process of distributing forms to individual departments, and the picking of forms from cubby shelves. All single forms, registration form sets, wristbands, labels, etc. for Patient encounters can be print as needed, on-demand. The patient’s demographic information is printed on the forms and the information important for archiving and storing (customized to each facility) is converted into bar codes as well. This eliminates the need for plastic cards and/or labels. A very efficient process that enables staff to focus on patient care!

This is an isolated process of the Emergency Record (3-Part Carbonless: Health Records Copy, Attending Physicians Copy, and Family Physicians Copy; Insurance Claim Form; and Paitent Wristband all with the Patient's demographic data printed directly onto the sets.
